KPB Construction started in 2020 after Kyle moved to Charleston from Savannah, Georgia. Having spent almost a decade as a partner in a Georgia based residential construction company, Kyle brought his knowledge of historic low country renovations and additions to South Carolina. KPB Construction is licensed, bonded and insured in South Carolina.

Kyle is a graduate of the University of Georgia (undergrad) and Columbus State University (graduate). A lifelong Georgia resident, Kyle has resided in Charleston since early 2020. Kyle and his wife, Molly, live in Mount Pleasant with their son, Price, and twins, Hattie and Jack.

KPB Construction expanded its leadership team in 2026 with the addition of Keith Fletcher as Project Manager and Marketing Director. Keith brings nearly four decades of experience building brands and driving growth for companies across a wide range of industries.

What makes Keith’s role unique is his ability to combine strategic thinking with real-world construction experience. Having grown up around the building industry and previously holding a Florida Residential Builder’s license, he understands both the craft and the client.

At KPB, Keith focuses on enhancing the customer experience, strengthening the company’s brand presence, and supporting project execution—helping KPB stand apart in the Charleston market.
